Oct 17, 2012
Should I postpone my labs becaise of an active flare-up of Roseaca. I am on Atripla. Last lab report t cells 829 Thank youand viral load less than 20. O am currently taking diocyclene 110mg twice daily along with Atripla which I have been on for nearly 6 years Thank you

Your labs are good. Frequency of checking labs for patients doing well on treatment is steadily decreasing (ie I often check HIV level twice a year and am moving to CD4 counts yearly once > 350-500) so rarely urgent to recheck so delaying during flare-ups of other conditions is often reasonable. KH
