 Iwould involve the local infectious disease/HIV specialist as well as any local community based HIV/AIDS organizations to gain some knowledge about what is availabe regarding antretroviral medications (good prices available through the Clinton Foundation if your government or PEPFAR does not supply medications). A clinical assessment (including TB screening) and hopefully a T-helper cell count and linited labs evaluaton are recommended if resourcs available. Which meds to start depends on availability/insurance situation. KH | ||||||||
