I am unaware of any studies carefully looking at use of LSD in the setting of HIV infection on various antiretroviral therapy regimens not have I had much experience with our own clinic patients using LSD-thus tough to comment based on data or experience. Lots of marijuana use in HIV + patients-generally not a problem with drug interactions though concern about increased risk for missed doses and unsafe behaviors. If any reader knows of a published study reference please post.KH
