Atripla and grapefruit (Soda) Aug 1, 2011 I know you are not supposed to drink grapefruit juice while on atripla but what about the grapefruit soda fresca? I have been drinking it without realizing that it was actually made with grapefruit juice extract!! |

 There is unlikely to be a clinically significant interaction between grapefruit juice and/or Fresca and Atripla (concern regarding efavirenz). Would let her provider know about your concern. KH | ||||||||
