| Psoriasis Treatments May 13, 2011 Hello Doctor, I've battled psoriasis since I was a teen, way before I became HIV+. I've taken methotrexate years ago, it helped alot. That was before my diagnoses. I only apply Dovonex on my body & Betamethsone cream on my face. My Tcells are 646 & undetectable. I take Kaletra & truvada since Sept. 2004. Besides Embrel & others that suppress the immune system, what can I do.Is there any med's exclusively for HIV patients that also battle psoriasis. And are there any dermotologists in Boynton Beach Florida that also deal with HIV patients. Any & All your feedback is most welcomed. thank you in advance. Joey |
