 No published data in a quality medical journal (though considerable number of anecdotal claims on internet by manufacturers and patients)that acai berry colonic cleansing is safe or effective in the setting of HIV infection regardless of HIV regimen. I have had occasional patients utilize the acai berry colonic cleanse--generally no benefit observed and no harm noticed. KH | ||||||||
