In our clinic we typically would switch a patient from Truvada + Strocrine to Truvada + a boosted protease inhibitor (most often ritonavir + atazanavir or lopinavir). ALternatively, some clinicians might consider switching the Truvada to Combivir and/or the Stocrine to nevirapine depending on the circumstances. Good luck! KH
