hi there To date can you advise the best regimen that has the least side affects? ie lipo the belly and rashes etc?

There is no single preferred regimen since individual components are tailored to a patient's particular circumstance (weighing factors such as whether female, likely to get pregnant, any resistance, trouble sleeping, underlying kidney disease and many others). Current favorite regimens include Atripla, boosted protease inhibitors (atazanavir or darumavir) with Truvada or Epzicom, and sometimes Raltegravir + Truvada. All of those regimens are generally well tolerated and have low short term risk for significant fat problems. Rash can be seen with several of the regimens early but usually can be treated through and rarely results in stopping newly started regimen. KH
