At what point do you decide to do resistance test if somebody is not taking their meds ( PI, NNRTI, NRTI, Integrase inhibitors) Thank you

If a change in meds is considered in setting of poor adherence and virologic failure then a resistance test is useful to guide choosing next option to recommend. KH
