Bayer Aspirin / Tylenol with Truvada / Reyataz / Norvir Jan 13, 2010 I see from this forum that it is ok to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen with the above combo - but are bayer aspirin / tylenol / aleve considered "buffered medicines" that need to follow the "two hours before / one hour after" rule? Thank you |

 Generally should be OK to take 1-2 buffered aspirin or ibuprofen/acetominophen in 1-2 hour proximity to the boosted atazanavir regimen. KH | |||||||||
