Good question. The effects of Atripla on muscle mass would be fairly neutral or protective (by maintaining health decreased risk for wasting which results in loss of muscle mass). Muscle mass would not be expected to significantly increase from effective HIV treatment alone in the absence of increased (and sustained) exercise, nutrition, and/or optimal hormone health.
