 I haven't seen much positive about plastic surgery for increased abdominal fat in the setting of HIV treatment. Much of the fat if related to HIV or treatment is intra-adbominal and thus not amendable to plastic surgery (ie liposuction). Genetics plays a strong role in fat distribution for many patients so look at similarly aged or older relatives in your family to get a sense of fat distribution due to genetics.
