Concieving while on HIV treatment

I am planning to concieve and I am on Duovir-N, is this treatment safe for the development of the baby?

Duovir-N (nevirapine with AZT + 3TC) has a good track record for use in pregnancy including being relatively safe for developing fetus/baby. KH
