Atriplia and false marijuana use Jul 12, 2009 Do they have a secondary test for marijuana when on atripla if I test positive? I just took a urine test and am afraid I may test positive, and am finding out what will happen next if I test positive? I hear they can do a test that determines between drugs in the system? |

 I don't know if there is a readily available and used test that can further discriminate between efavirenz and THC (marijuana). If any reader has furtehr information on that please post. I have often written a note for pxs documenting that they are taking a prescribed drug that can cause a false positive test for marijuna. That letter has sufficed in most cases. KH | ||||||||
