Truvada with atripla

I read that Truvada should not be used with Atripla but atripla contains efivarenz 600. I am on truvada and efivarenz, should i be worried?

Atripla = Truvada + efavirez so taking Truvada + Atripla= taking a double dose of Truvada which is not indicated/recommended. KH
