I have one of those unsightly lumps at the back base of my neck,is there any treatment, and is liposuction an option?

Surgical removal of a buffalo hump can be helpful though can recur. Switching to an alternative HIV regimen (depending on treatment history) may also help some patients. Growth hormone and growth hormone releasing factor may also provide some help but are not approved for that indication in the US and have to be injected with high cost and concern about side effects (more of an issue for growth hormone versus growth hormone releasing factor).
