i just started a pep treatment with truvada and kaletra after having had receptive anal sex with a guy about 14 hours before. the condom broke and i do not know whether he is positive but it might very well be. my question is whether i will experience any body fat changes within the 28 days like gaining weight on my stomach of losing fat in my face?

Fat changs (lipodytrophy) is not common in the first months on antiretroviral therapy and is not common with a Truvada/kaletra based regimen overall. KH
