I have been hiv poz for 20 years, testsall are good but in the morning i cant move my whole body hurts, really all the time yes im on hart meds, my doctor wants me to see a Pain management Specialist, yes i do take pain meds but i always end up short and suffer a few days before refill. It's like i am the tin man and need some oil??

Diffuse body pain is fairly common in general population and often hard to pin down a single cause. Paradoxically exercise is recommended (including stretching and yoga type exercises). A good overall health evaluation is recommended looking for non-HIV causes of diffuse pain (such as low vitamin D levels, low hormone levels and many others). KH
