Dr I am tajing truvada and Efivarenz for a month now, when I stasted treatment my CD4 was 231, can I possibly gain weight and when.

Most patients gain weight over the first one year on effective HIV treatment (often about 5-10 pounds) though there are wide variations with many factors that impact weight gain (such as other conditions, diet, exercise, other meds). KH
