how soon after taking atripla side effects start to show?

Side effects from Atripla are often experienced within hours of taking first dose for the 50% of patients who develop side effects (most often fuzzy thinking, trouble sleeping, weird dreams, and stomach/gut complaints). for most patients experiencing such side effects those problems peak in first several weeks and then taper significantly after 2-4 weeks.
