 ACAI (anti oxidant) has to my knowledge not been studied for effectiveness or safety in the setting of HIV infection on treatment. Theoretically should be OK to take with most HIV regimens but product is not FDA approved and cannot be endorsed based on data from properly conducted studes (see www.quackwatch.org for general info about alternative health product claims).
