hiv and interferon

my cd4 was 915 and when i took interferon from 4months i found my cd4 436.what the reason and what can i do iam very afread.

Interferon can cause bone marrow suppression which can result in anemia and decreased white blood cell counts . The CD4 cell is a white blood cell. CD4 counts often will drop will taking interferon but usually rebound back when the treatment is stopped. KH
