major depression/hiv 15 yearsat 50

I am over it ..hiv 15 years and still alive..go to a shrink and still not ok...Anti depresents do not work ..No one hears me ..iam in a MAjor deep depression ...Help

I would discuss with your HIV provider and psychiatrist whether a different approach is warranted. Working on exercise and diet/sense of humor (later can be a challenge for sure) and other life style issues can often be helpful. KH
