Jul 2, 2008 Hi Keith, l tested positive to hiv in june and not on meds viral load 14,000 and cd4 count 450, l am 37 years old, and l am staying positive and healthy, but l have no support as my doctor is the only one that knows l am pos... l keep reading about future treatment without haart tablets, called nano technology which would be injected and is slow release form that lasts months, please just give me you opininon on treatment in the next 5 to 10 years.. thank you so much keith |

I wouldn't hold my breath for nano technology if your HIV doc recommends (and you concur) that treatment is in order. Many of the treatments available in resource rich countries are simple and well tolerated (often 1-3 pills once daily)for most patients. KH | |||||||||
