I have been on Atripla for about four months. Lately I cannot sleep at all. My HIV doctor has me taking Tamazapan and it seems to work. My question is, does any body take their Atripla in the morning? If so did it help with the sleep issue?
Thank you all & god bless this wonderful place full of information & Experts.
Response from Dr. Henry
I have had a number of patinet who experienced ongoing problems with sleep disturbances from Atripla beyond the first month. In a handful of those cases a switch to AM dosing of Atripla helped so that is an approach worthe considering before contemplating a switch to an alternative regimen. KH
