Can garlic suppliments or milk thistle interefe with atripla

Milk thistle probably is OK but data is limited. Garlic extract has been reported to possibly decrease efavirenz (Sustiva or Stocrine) levels that could jeopardize the effectiveness of the Atripla. KH
