Greetings , I'm so freaking paranoid about my situation, I've had an unsafe sexual contact with a female for about five months now, and I don't know if I ever got HIV from her. I've taken blood tests and urinalysis and the results turned out negative, I also did not feel any symptom whatsoever during the five months. I have talked to four doctors and they all told me that I may not need medical help but rather a psychiatric help. Please help me sirs, i'm so lost, my physical behavior changed due to this ghost of the positivity for HIV. Please tell me what to do?.. Thanks..

The first and most important thing to do is to STOP having unsafe sexual behavior with this person. I would also discuss with her whether she is HIV infected and, if she doesn't know, whether she would consent to be tested. I would test yourself now as a baseline and again at 3 months after you have stopped having contact with her to make sure you have not become infected from her. Take charge of the situation, my friend, if you are so concerned about the possible risk of HIV infection...
