Since being diagnosed with hiv i have been having alot of issues with my knees and hips.I have a hard time bending them and when i sit for a long period of time they hurt. Could this be hiv related.

Although a variety of joint problems are modestly associated with HIV infection, for most patients their knee/hip problems are not related to HIV. Your HIV specialist and/or a rheumatologist can evaluate your symptoms with an interview, examination, blood tests and possibly X-ray studies to try and explain why your are having pain in those areas and what can be offered to provide relief.
