Dear Doc,

the total white coating on my tongue starts on 2 days after eating amoxyllin 250 mg on the evening and another again on midnight (w/ empty stomach) during my 12 days hot burning sensation on my back, little on both of my arms, lower thigh and on the appendix area and also on the neck. (the hot sensation on my body starts 3 days after having a risky sex w/ a woman) then followed by the white cracking lines or nerves in my cheeks. PRESENTLY, I'm still on 52 (fifty-two) DAYS after the exposure. (the development are VERY FAST!) (no sore throat or irriating feelings felt so far)

Addition: Once i scrape this craking lines or neves off w/ my finger nail, its like a white sticky paste ,but still theres a white nerves remain on it in he the cheeks. (note: It can be scrape off ONLY after having a toothbrush using Colgate Total ) There are also sticky white paste sticks on the line of my tooth and gum or lower or upper my inner lips which are removable (it is due to the white lines or nerves in my cheeks). also, one side of my cheek has grown a 2 small meats (like a tonsil only its small like a pimple on the face) My lower gums also is slowly becoming thin that the gum became dirty white (instead of red) particularly both sides and the bone of my tooth are visibly seen

and has lots of veins on my inner lower lips and my lower tongue also and also every time i wake up in the morning, there are sticky white paste sticks on the line of my tooth and gum which is removable (due to the white lines or nerves in my cheeks). so far there are no any soreness and irrittations in my mouth also no sore throat. My tonsil are having dark redness also.

P.S. I just underwent a blood screening for antibodies this week.

The symptoms you described are very non-specific for HIV. Use of antibiotics in some persons is associated with yeast overgrowth in mucosal surfaces such as the mouth or the vagina. Cigarette smoking and poor gum hygience can also contribute. If you HIV test is positive then evaluation by an HIV specialist would likely result in a recommendation for treatment for the oral condition. If your HIV test is negative then I would recommend seeing a dentist. KH
