 Antiretroviral medications used effectively are the best way to allow the body to recovery from HIV related damage. There is no currently available treatment that enhances HIV-specific immunity that would allow the body to fight off HIV without antiretroviral medications. No natural products have been clearly shown to decrease AIDS-related disease or mortality other than perhaps a modest benefit from vitamin/mineral supplemention (benefit much less than what is seen with effective antiretroviral medication).
