increased cd Apr 19, 2006 my husband started on arv's in January 2006 his cd was 183, viral loard 353000, in April 2006 he tested, his cd is now 253 viral load is 563, could you explain what next now. is this a hope that the treatment is working |

 Your husband's response to HIV therapy has been fairly typical and good from what you described. The HIV level has dropped by 99.9% and his CD4 count has gone up significantly--those are the responses that indicate a good response to treatment and support further use of medications with attempts to try and miss no doses.
