Questions: 1.- Now we can live 20m years ( for example) but the problem is , in all of cas our brain is go down? 20 years but "down"....
2.- Whats your opinion bout the development of new drogs to try to work in this area???
3.- What do you think about the terapeutic vacunes for hiv...10 years? 20 years??? never????

I do believe that many if not most patients who received good treatment for HIV can live 20 years or more (need to avoid other medical problems, accidents et cetera). Most HIV drugs regimen provide some protection for the brain. Therapeutic vaccines are interesting but so far have not been proven to be of clinical benefit. New vaccines are in development that promise to be more effective but only time and studies will tell for sure. KH
