darkend nail beds

Iv enoticed that my nail beds are darkened when I started taking trizivir , is it anything i can do to reverse this

That can happen particularly from the AZT more common in African American patients in my experience. Often can switch off the AZT (use a NNRTI or PI) with slow (but not 100%) improvement. KH
