 Indeed there are a wide choice of starting options available in regions of the world with access to most of the available drugs. No one size fits all. The presence of resistance, liver disease, gender, interest in pregnancy, other conditions and meds all fit into the equation regarding the best choice for an individual patient. Once on therapy usually the blood tests are checked after a month or so and if things are on track then the interval is stretched out to every 3-4 months. KH | ||||||||
