Response from Dr. Henry
That is a tough one since many of the meds can result in your symptoms. Norvir and tipranavir and Videx and Truvada (? in that order) can cause stomach complaints including diarrhea. Fatigue is common when a complex regimen is started. For many of those symptoms some relief can be given with yet some more meds (that is frustrating to treat med side effects with meds). Your HIV doc is the best person to determine what can be done to provide you with more comfort. KH | |||||||||
