R278474 (also known as DAPYs) is a new compound developed at Rutgers University which inhibitors HIV reverse transciptase. Pre-clinical studies have been positive and I believe the first human studies are being planned. I have not seen in human/clinical data so I cannot comment further. KH | |||||||||
