In approximately what percentage of the cases of removal by liposuction does buffalo hump reappear?

I have not had a lot of experience with surgical reduction of buffalo humps, but my understanding from samll studies and colleagues is that most recur. Thus, surgical reduction does not see to be a long-term solution to this problem. BB
