i would like to know - other than proper diet & exercise which i have also followed religiously, what else can i use to treat late onset "internal" lipdystrophy

Changing possibly offending HIV medications around can sometimes help. Studies are evaluating the effectiveness of treatments such as growth hormone and some diabetes medications (metformin and/or the glitazones). Checking hormone levels (such as testerone) and treating any deciciencies can sometimes be helpful. No single treatment can be endorsed at this time--frustrating! KH
