persistant rash that seems to be Fungal
Jun 8, 2003
Doc, this is not really a question so much as something which I have experienced myself, I was reading a question from a patient who was worried about KS, rash, etc, with high counts, and low viral, and their symptoms seemed very similar to some I experienced in the past, after trying anti-fungal creams and ointments, etc. with NO luck, I had heard somewhere about the effects of some remedies that were non invasive that I decided to try, and they worked where nothing in western medicine had, I had a rash on my inner thigh which nothing seemed to touch, or help with. I purchased an inexpensive "Essential Oil" of Eucliptis (sp?) and sat in a hot bath with several drops of the oil, after the second day of this my rash was lessining, after less than 4 days, it was gone, and never to return. Just an idea. I have always shared with my doc anything which I've found that helped which was non-medical based, and they have been greatful, so I'm sharing this with you too.... thanks, Dave
