Rencent increase in BP, Chol. & Triglyc. Mar 4, 2001 I changed to Sustiva, Epivir, & Zerit. my Bp increased from 120/70 to 160-180/90-100. My doctor started me on Zestril 10mg.-to 20mg., are my HIV meds causing my Pc, Chol, & Trig.yc. incrrease? |

 My guess is that the drugs are definitely contributing to increases in your cholesterol and triglycerides, and perhaps to your high blood pressure. It is very appropriate for your doctor to prescribe antihypertension meds, and you will want to follow your lipids closely too. | ||||||||
