Response from Dr. Henry
It isn't that simple unfortunately. Each patient presents some unique features which factor into the recommendation of what to start with an easy but ultimately less effective regimen is no bargain. Regimens in general are getting easier (once or twice a day dosing with fewer food restrictions) and better tolerated than the regimens we used 3-4 years ago. Also, I often start out with a more challenging regimen and then switch to an easier regimen after initial success has been achieved. Thus, there is no single regimen I highly prefer over any others at the present time. KH | |||||||||
