im scared Feb 20, 2001 i am young and dumb. When i was a school i sat on a thum tack, so guy put it there. I was not sure if i was bleeding but i have ust gotten a rash on my legs and my hands and my nek hurt a little some times but only when i drink grapefriut juice i dont know if its becuase i am scared and thiking i got hiv or i really got HIV. Can you please tell me like the side effects of HIV, and do you think i am at a low or high risk of getting HIV. I know some people think i am stupid for aking this question but i am really scared. |

 I am sorry about your dilemma but I can reassure you that you would be unlikely to get HIV from a thumbtack. If you are worried there is no substitute for seeing your health care provider and getting tested. | ||||||||
