(1)what is neuropathy?? (2) WHAT IS THIS ACHING AND HOT FEELING AT MY UPPER BACK PARTICULARLY AND AT MY BACK UP TO MY BACK OF MY NECK AND BOTH ARMS GENERALLY?? THIS HAPPENED THE FOLLOWING DAY I HAD UNSAFE SEX W/ A WOMAN? (MY BODY IS 5'11 AND 58 KGS.. AGE 22) HOPE FOR YOUR REPLY. THANK YOU.

Neuropathy in the setting of HIV or its treatment usually involves the feet first. The symptom you described is not one that is linked to HIV infection. KH
