new drug with hardly any side effects??

Can you tell me which drugs have the least side effects? I was attending an HIV+ support group where one of the men was in a study with a new drug that had very few side effects. This was about a year ago and have lost touch with the gentleman. I am currently on Trizivir but have recently become detectable after 8+ years. I can't stand the lipodystrophy and wanted to get off Trizivir anyway.

Many of the newer HIV drugs (such as raltegravir, mariviroc, and etravirine are very well tolerated when combined with the newer NRTI combinations drugs like Truvada or Epzicom) have appear to perhaps have a lower risk for lipodystrophy based on preliminary and experience. KH
