Facial wasting and body fat

I just wanted to know if there were any Doctors that took MediCal for procedures that help to correct the look of lipodystrophy. Like sculptra and Restyline which are procedures that fill in the parts of the face that has been affected by lipodystrophy. I live in southern Ca. and have had HIV for 15 years. I grew a hump on the back of my neck from taking HIV meds which was surgically removed and that was covered by MediCal but lipodystrophy has really taken alot out of my face to where I look really sick. Thank you for any information you may have.
