Ask the Experts about Managing Side Effects of HIV Treatment
I am undergoing chemo for ileal lymphoma using CHOP. I was just disgnosed (absl CD4: 191, VL: 100,000) The chemo is kicking my butt with side-effects, and i am afraid to begin my HIV drugs for fear of layering more side-effects. HIV regimine: Truvada, Lexiva, Norvir all once daily. The side-effects of the chemo are horrible and i don't know if i can handle even more from teh HIV regimine. You thoughts?
