Response from Mr. Kull
First of all, the likelihood of transmission when performing oral sex on a man without a condom is small. If you do not have any cuts or sores in your mouth, have good oral health, and do not get any ejaculate in your mouth, then your risk is even lower. There is increasing evidence that people are infected by performing oral sex on men, but the numbers are still relatively low when compared to unprotected anal sex. The likelihood of transmission when using a condom for oral sex makes the risk of transmission practically zero, ejaculation or not. An intact latex or polyurethane condom prevents the transmission of HIV and many other microorganisms that can lead to STDs. This is one of the safest sexual activities that you can engage in.
