| EMS workers (Emergency Medical Service) Jul 7, 1999 Hi, I really like this website. I was wondering if you could steer me toward a website for pre-hospital care providers. As an RN, I have tried to allay my husband's co-worker's fears about the transmission of HIV, but I think something in writing would be more persuasive. Thank you! Anne |

Response from Mr. Sowadsky
Anne, Thank you for your question. A good place to start would be the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians. This website has a lot of good information specifically related to EMS issues, and includes links to other related websites. If this person has specific concerns relating to universal precautions or related questions, you can also refer them to our website as well. If you have any further questions, please feel free to e-mail me at "nvhotline@aol.com" or call me at (Nationwide). I'm glad to help! | |||||||||
