Would a hepatitis A vaccine delay or affect results for an HIV antibody test?

There is no evidence that vaccinations will extend the window period for HIV antibody testing. There has been some speculation, but no conclusive evidence, that receiving a vaccine close to the time of antibody testing may yield an indeterminate result.
