Response from Mr. Kull
You would be at minimal risk for infection in the encounter you describe. You would be at less risk for infection than if you were performing oral sex on one of these women. There are only a few documented cases of HIV infection occuring through performing oral sex on a woman. HIV is probably not transmitted easily through the mouth, and add to that the low concentration of HIV in vaginal secretions in infected persons (HIV concentrations are higher in cervical secretions). See my response to "HIV from oral sex" (http://www.thebody.com/Forums/AIDS/SafeSex/Current/Q27172.qna) for more information on transmission through oral sex. RMK | |||||||||
